MGT provides a professionally-curated, "train-the-trainer" inner wellness program to reach vulnerable, underserved or marginalized girls and young women around the world. Our work started in Kenya and has now reached The Gambia, Ghana and counting! In this video, girls from Ghana are going from worriers to warriors! This is an activity where the girls set ablaze all their worries and channel a mindset of a warrior.

The first cohort of My Girl Tribe (MGT) in Ghana share positive affirmations they set for themselves after an interactive session on...you guessed it! Positive Affirmations! This is the first group of young girls to participate in the MGT program after a successful training of 5 community leaders via virtual connection to My Girl TRIBE leaders in the USA. My Girl TRIBE is being delivered through a train-the-trainer module to reach as many girls as possible.
